• Own the end‑to‑end experimentation process, collaborating on test design and execution

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or strategy roles
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation

• Experience with dbt data modeling
• Prior experience blending commercial strategy with data insights
• Experience working with retail analytics
