• Assist with follow-up activities after the client's recent U.S. go-live
• Support fast-follow initiatives and ensure smooth configuration adjustments
• Configure and set up Time & Attendance, Activities, and Leave Management modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze system needs
• Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting for the system setup

• 3–5 years of experience in system setup and configurations
• Strong background in Time & Attendance, Activities, and Leave Management modules
• Ability to support fast-follow initiatives effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience with UKG WFM Pro
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Previous experience in a client-facing role
• Knowledge of HR processes and workforce management best practices
