Technical Program Manager – Cloud & Analytics

• Own and manage daily ticket triage, prioritization, and coordination across engineering teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure programs and projects are completed on schedule and within scope
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, adapting to data model or process changes
• Support continuous process improvement related to ticketing, triage, and reporting workflows

• 2+ years of experience working in a cloud engineering or technical engineering environment
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with ticketing systems (ADO preferred) or PLM tools
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard maintenance and updates3+ years of experience in engineering change management, technical program management, or engineering operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear updates

• Engineering degree or strong engineering-focused background
• Experience leading or facilitating regular syncs, triage calls, scrums, or workshops
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-based data systems
• Python or scripting experience, especially for analytics, automation, or BI workflows
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or data-driven operational workflows
