Integration Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements across risk adjustment workflows
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify integration touchpoints and workflow requirements
• Facilitate communication and validation sessions across various teams including product, engineering, and compliance
• Develop test scenarios and support user acceptance testing to validate solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field, plus 8 years of related experience (or a master’s degree with 6 years of experience)
• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in healthcare technology or regulatory environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in process mapping and data analysis
• Proficiency with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced certifications such as CBAP
• Experience with complex system integrations and data mapping
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7) and risk adjustment methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
