• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Build and optimize record‑triggered Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts
• Refactor legacy automation into performant فیصلہ Flows with subflows and reusable patterns
• Support quoting and contracting processes; troubleshoot issues in RCA, approvals, and document generation
• Collaborate on GTM tool integrations and maintain documentation

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise organizations
• Advanced declarative skills including Flows, automation, Data Model, and Sharing
• Strong troubleshooting discipline and familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud
• Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

• Salesforce certifications such as Admin/Advanced Admin and CPQ Specialist
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
