• Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, budget, risk mitigation, and communication strategies
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and client-facing roles
• Monitor project progress using management tools and report on budgets, timelines, and contractual deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering status reports and updates
• Conduct post-project evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• TS Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience
• Broad experience with Department of Defense financial management data and supporting systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across functional domains
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting

• Experience working with Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and defense agency data and systems
• Familiarity with federal contracting environments and relevant frameworks (e.g., FAR, DFARS)
• Strong skills in project and program evaluations, measuring outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement
• Experience leading integrated product teams to meet customer objectives
• Knowledge of change management practices and stakeholder engagement strategies
