• Configure and administer the Zendesk platform, including user accounts and system settings
• Manage and optimize other customer experience tools used by the team
• Analyze and refine support processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Create custom reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tool-related inquiries and escalations

• Proven experience administering a complex Zendesk instance
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk configuration, including triggers, automations, and SLAs
• Experience managing customer experience tools and integrations
• Ability to design scalable workflows to improve response times
• Strong communication skills with a systems-thinking mindset

• Zendesk Admin Certification preferred but not required
• Experience partnering with Workforce Management or Operations to ensure coverage aligns with demand
