• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for various projects
• Convey complex requirements to both internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Develop solution and requirement documents for review by clients and team members
• Execute project work following Agile methodologies and demonstrate deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant outcomes

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology or technology services implementation projects
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with a required writing sample
• Experience in gathering requirements, writing solution documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Salesforce certification is highly desired, or the candidate must obtain it within 90 days of joining
• Experience working in the nonprofit or association industry
• Salesforce implementation or administration experience
• Familiarity with Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for nonprofits
• Experience in quality assurance and/or acceptance testing as a client, vendor, or user
