• Lead and conduct usability research for digital products, focusing on quoting, policy management, and broker/agent experiences
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including usability testing and surveys
• Analyze research findings and web analytics to generate actionable insights for stakeholders
• Develop personas, journey maps, and task flows to represent user needs throughout the insurance lifecycle
• Conduct accessibility reviews to ensure compliance with WCAG standards and promote usability best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in usability research, UX research, or user‑centered design
• Expert knowledge of usability and research methodologies, including A‑B testing and persona development
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working on insurance or financial services digital products
• Hands‑on experience with accessibility auditing and assistive technologies
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance research and analysis processes
