IT Program Director

Location:

Remote in California Duration: 12 month W2 contract, could be extended further Pay Rate: $80-88/hr Day to Day Responsibilities:

Working on a portfolio of projects centered around rationalizing applications within Blue Shield of CA. The focus of this would be to reduce risk to the organization.

Day to day work would include Project Planning and Program Strategy, Monitor Program Progress, Engage with Stakeholders, Resource and Budget Management, Risk and Issue Management, and Reporting to Executive leadership and committees.

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

• Project Management
• Technical Acumen
• Leadership Communication

Preferred Skills (nice to have):

• Prior Program/Project Management at Blue Shield of CA
• Agile Methodology
• Strategic Thinking and Healthcare Knowledge

Disqualifiers/ Dislikes on Resumes:

Lack of relevant experience. Inflexible to changes in scope, budget or timelines.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT field or Business Administration. Master's degree optional
