What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as primary administrator for Salesforce and optimize Hub Spot for marketing automation
- Own the integration layer between Salesforce, Hub Spot, and sales outreach tools
- Define and maintain mappings for marketing qualified leads (MQL) to member starts
- Manage website operations and CMS updates to support go-to-market launches
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align funnel mechanics with clinical operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Rev Ops, or Marketing Operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (certification strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Hub Spot administration (preferred)
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design systems reflecting real business processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation, outbound, and analytics tools
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating complex GTM needs into practical execution
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, health plans, or B2B2C business models
