IT Clinical Service Support Analyst Associate

• Provide troubleshooting, education, and resolution of hardware and software issues for Providers and Epic users in a fast-paced Service Desk environment
• Communicate effectively with users to gather information and assess issues for timely resolution or escalation
• Maintain patient safety through adherence to required training and departmental standards
• Perform testing in various environments for troubleshooting and evaluation of Dalam new application features
• Collaborate with teams within the organization to ensure efficient service delivery and support

• High School Diploma or תיק GED is required
• One year of experience in a clinical environment, Service Delivery, or equivalent
• Must obtain and maintain Epic certification(s) within 18 months
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of call centers and technical components of Information Systems

• A four-year degree in computer science, business administration, biomedical technology, or a related field
• Two years of experience in a clinical environment or service delivery
• Epic certification in at least one module
• Formal training in various information systems technologies, including desktop applications and operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with clinical Аназык workflows
