• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from merchandising, creative, marketing, and IT
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap and initiatives
• Write user stories and requirements as part of the product development lifecycle

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a product management or product owner role
• Strong understanding of agile development methodology and ability to define requirements as user stories
• Deep knowledge of web technology fundamentals, including mobile and app
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience optimization
• Previous experience with customer-centric product development
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
