• Base salary range of $152,000 - $218,500 for Level 3 and $184,000 - $287,500 for Level 4

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance libraries and APIs in C++ and Python for quantum‑HPC computing
• Lead the productization of new functionalities, including design, implementation, debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Prototype and evaluate innovative algorithms, transitioning successful ideas into production‑quality software
• Collaborate with product management and partners to define user workflows and technical roadmaps
• Communicate technical designs and results effectively across teams and represent the work in reviews and technical forums

• Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of industry or equivalent academic experience in quantum circuit simulation techniques
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python, with experience in GPU‑accelerated programming models such as CUDA
• Familiarity with MPI or similar technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams

• Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks such as CUDA‑Q, Qiskit, or Cirq
• Experience integrating Python libraries with numerical ecosystems like Num Py and accelerated variants
• Skills in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing software across CPU and GPU architectures
