- Degree or equivalent, with typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technical acumen in AI/ML and analytics
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile practices
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience in aligning cross-functional teams and removing delivery bottlenecks
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMOps, and AutoML
- Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks, Vertex AI, and Azure ML
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and Responsible AI principles
