• Understand the client’s business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs
• Map decisions with requirements and translate them effectively to developers
• Identify different solutions and narrow down the best options to meet client needs
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFR) during project implementation
• Develop and design overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements

• Total experience of 13+ years in relevant fields
• Deep understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPTs, Llama, Claude) and their architectures (Transformers)
• Expert-level prompt engineering skills with proven experience in implementing RAG patterns
• Strong proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries (e.g., Lang Chain, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Strong experience with fine-tuning and distillation techniques and evaluation
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines for automation and monitoring
• Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments
• Experience working on generative AI applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
