- Develop and execute strategies to enhance IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support
- Ensure the delivery of 24x7x365 IT services, managing incidents, problems, changes, and requests
- Oversee hybrid cloud integration and manage the lifecycle of infrastructure assets
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to meet RPO/RTO objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business projects requiring IT Operations services
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience providing IT Operations support
- Advanced knowledge of IT Operations technologies and processes including endpoint, network, server, SAN, and ITSM
- Proven experience in IT Security, specifically in IT Risk and Vulnerability Management
- Experience managing technical projects and working in a technical support group
- Strong background in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization platforms and hybrid cloud solutions
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance optimization and capacity planning
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations for infrastructure technologies
