• Provide leadership and guidance on large programs and projects to improve performance and consistency of delivery
• Plan, manage, and implement programs from initiation to final operational stage, including lessons learned
• Evaluate and integrate technical and business requirements to establish program frameworks
• Manage multiple project scopes and ensure successful execution within commitments for technical, schedule, cost, and quality
• Communicate regularly with functional and IT leaders to ensure enterprise alignment and support

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management, risk management, and managing project budgets and schedules
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as Service Now, Jira Align, and Smartsheets
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
• Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make recommendations to upper management
• Seeks to acquire knowledge in the area of specialty
