• Manage projects with interdependencies, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Create and oversee project schedules, securing necessary resources from functional leads
• Develop and implement risk management plans to address project challenges
• Evaluate change requests and make recommendations for action
• Mentor project coordinators and less experienced staff in project management best practices

• Minimum of 5 years of IT project coordination or management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of senior-level IT professional experience in roles such as Sr Software Developer or Business Analyst
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working directly with diverse business and IT technical team members
• Proven ability to drive results independently with minimal supervision
