- Perform detailed analysis of source and target banking systems, including core banking platforms and lending systems
- Develop comprehensive data mapping documentation with transformation logic and validation rules
- Design and support ETL processes for efficient data migration during M&A conversion events
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance with regulatory expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for data-related issues during conversion waves
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, or data validation within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of lending workflows, credit risk processes, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or LOS platforms
- Familiarity with Commercial or Business Banking lending products and workflows
- Experience supporting conversions for mergers/acquisitions
- Knowledge of ETL tools, data governance, or enterprise architecture concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
