What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide advanced Tier 2 remote support and troubleshooting for end users experiencing issues with applications/software
  • Communicate technical information effectively to users and provide clear instructions for resolution
  • Lead or contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and regression testing
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for the help desk team
  • Collaborate with application development teams to identify and resolve core problems
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a CBP background investigation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year of Help Desk or related technical experience
  • Experience using a service desk ticketing system
  • Experience providing advanced support to end-users for various application/software issues
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Incident, Knowledge, and Problem Management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Angular front-end development and using 3rd party UI component libraries
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security
  • Experience with Service Now and Problem and Incident Management
  • ITIL Certification or other technical certifications
  • Previous experience with CBP, DHS, or Tier 2 Application Support
