• Design and implement post-training algorithms for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Diffusion Language Models (DLMs)
• Drive efficiency and scalability improvements across training pipelines and serving systems
• Collaborate with researchers to translate innovative ideas into production-ready solutions
• Explore new paradigms for evaluation in AI systems
• Demonstrate strong engineering practices and contribute to open-source initiatives

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent research experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning, systems, distributed computing, or large-scale model training
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks like Py Torch
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across research and engineering teams

• Expertise in post-training LLMs with innovative algorithmic/data pipelines
• Experience in developing and scaling large distributed systems for deep learning
• Contributions to open-source LLM systems or large-scale AI infrastructure
