- Configure the system to support business and IT needs, user requests, and process changes
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions and perform in-depth analysis of current workflows
- Execute platform maintenance activities and communicate system changes to end users
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for large project initiatives and propose system solutions
- Manage end user requests and provide data analysis to support IT and business initiatives
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an IT environment with various IT-related responsibilities
- Five (5) years of system administration experience of a PPM platform or enterprise software package
- Five (5) years of experience in process improvement within business or technical environments
- Strong background in IT Security, specifically IT Risk and Vulnerability Management
- SQL scripting or similar scripting capabilities (intermediate preferred)
- Experience with Ryder business knowledge, practices, and processes
- Other system administrator certifications from commercially recognized products
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
