What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
  • Perform basic malware analysis
  • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures
  • Produce high‑quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management
  • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, Crowd Casts, and public speaking events
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend
  • Must be willing to work on‑site (hybrid schedule)
  • Open only to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders
  • BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered
  • Experience in incident handling, computer forensic analysis, systems administration, or network forensic analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in incident response investigations involving targeted threats
  • Proficiency in using forensic analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of secure network architecture
  • Experience coding in languages such as C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET
  • Demonstrated thought leadership within the incident response industry
