Finacle is looking to grow their Senior Client Solution Manager and Pre‑Sales team to support its continued growth. The role is to serve as a business consultant, providing banking experience and expertise to design and propose innovative solutions to banks. The successful candidate will work at board level, understand vision and strategy, and collaborate with operational managers in banks and other financial organizations.
Responsibilities- Preparation of the demonstration scenarios
- Setting up the scenarios in the system for the demo
- Making the required adjustment in the set‑up and messaging based on the locale
- Preparing or modifying the demo script and presentations based on the specific customer context
- Understanding the solution context of the customer and preparing the scenarios based on understanding of the solution context
- Reviewing RFP documents and other customer communication to define the scope of the demo and the demo scenarios
- Testing the demo instance to ensure functionality works as intended
- Work with geography teams to outline the demo strategy
- Collaborate closely with product and customization teams to modify the demo environment to meet requirements
- Engage with the technical team to verify that the environment is fit for the demo
- Build a good working relationship with customers by understanding pain points of their current systems and pain points during the demo
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs
- Create presentations for the demos
- Create thought papers on digital trends
- Compile repositories of case studies, learnings, best practices and reusable information
- 10–15 years of post‑qualification experience in banking, technology or fintech companies in operations/technology roles in LATAM, Caribbean, North America
- Good knowledge of banking channels and drivers of banking channel business; experience in eCommerce or other digital business acceptable
- Pre‑sales, client‑facing experience is a bonus; solution design experience is a strong plus; finance degree background is advantageous
- Domain knowledge in banking operations (retail, corporate & channels)
- Exposure to digital channels and digital business in retail or banking
- Customer‑facing advisory skills in developing and recommending solutions
- Understanding of IT application landscapes and latest technologies
- Experience in proposing solutions
- Experience with market‑leading channel solutions is a plus
- Understanding of latest developments in financial products and services
- Ability to work with internal & external stakeholders, including senior management, and small interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in a cross‑cultural team and support multiple time zones when necessary
- Analytical, goal‑oriented, high‑quality awareness, team player, initiative and flexibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Bi‑lingual Spanish and English speaking preferred
