• Provide market intelligence support to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, business analysis, or similar roles (internships included)
• Solid analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and collaboration software markets

• Experience with video conferencing, chat platforms, or AI tools
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Previous involvement in sales enablement or product launch initiatives
