Together, our community sparks curiosity, fuels laughter, and inspires people to live big, full, fantastic lives.

Location:

We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Milwaukee, and offer flexibility to work from any of these locations. This position can be remote, but the company has a preference for someone to be close one of our U.S. offices.

About the Role:

Trusted Media Brands is seeking a Senior Director, Product to own and lead the Web product strategy across its portfolio of iconic brands, including Taste of Home, Reader’s Digest, Family Handyman, The Pet Collective, and Birds & Blooms. In this role, you will be accountable for defining product vision, setting strategy, and driving measurable audience and revenue growth across TMB’s Web ecosystem.

You will translate business objectives and user needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap, ensuring focus on the initiatives that deliver the greatest impact. Leading a team of product managers, you will work in close partnership with engineering, UX, editorial, data, ad tech, and commercial stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences. You will balance near-term performance with longer-term platform evolution, helping position TMB’s Web products for success.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a product leader who thrives in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment and is energized by shaping the future of large-scale consumer Web businesses.

About You:

You are equally comfortable setting direction at a high level and engaging in the details needed to drive results. You combine creative thinking with analytical rigor, using experimentation, data, and user insight to inform decisions. You have a deep understanding of consumer Web businesses, including audience behavior, engagement mechanics, and revenue models, and you know how to apply that knowledge to deliver growth.

You are relentlessly focused on outcomes, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively, separate signal from noise, and make informed trade-offs. As a collaborative leader, you build trust across functions, navigate matrixed organizations with ease, and empower teams to move quickly and with purpose. You are also a people leader—someone who invests in mentorship and coaching, sets a high bar for excellence, and creates an environment where product managers can do the best work of their careers.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the Web product vision, strategy, and roadmap across TMB’s portfolio of brands, aligning user needs with business priorities
  • Be accountable for driving measurable performance improvements across key KPIs, including audience engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Lead end-to-end product development in partnership with engineering, UX, data, editorial, ad tech, and commercial teams
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support
  • Establish and champion a strong experimentation culture, including A/B testing, user research, and data-driven iteration
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, make trade-offs, and ensure alignment across the organization
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term platform and capability development to support future growth
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a track record of owning and scaling large-scale consumer Web products
  • Experience leading and developing product management teams in complex, cross-functional environments
