- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for assigned data/AI squads
- Manage and maintain a prioritized JIRA backlog in partnership with Product Owners and the Agile PM Lead
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives using Agile methodologies
- Track team velocity, burndown, and sprint health, while proactively identifying and escalating blockers
- Communicate technical progress clearly to business stakeholders and assist in preparing data for Program Dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree
- 8+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technical environment
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, capable of managing complex board configurations
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical teams and non‑technical business partners
- Prior experience managing data warehousing, AI or ML initiatives, or cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Collibra
- Focus on empowering teams as a servant leader and removing impediments
- High standards for data hygiene and accuracy within JIRA
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
