- Strong leadership skills in project management, including risk mitigation and dependency management
- Experience in defining SLAs/KPIs and linking operational outcomes to revenue and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management
- MBA or higher‑level degree
- Background in cryptocurrency, financial services, or technology sector
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Experience with real‑time event pipelines and decision‑making systems
- Familiarity with contact center operations and task routing technologies
