Position: US- Sr. Solutions Analyst - (TAM)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide world-class customer support to resolve complex technical queries related to cloud-based healthcare solutions
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the software to support processes in long-term care facilities
  • Facilitate the resolution of technical issues through log analysis and research
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver quality resolutions and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions and issues using the help desk ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years practical experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications
  • Prior experience using the Point Click Care  application is required
  • Strong understanding of business processes within long-term care or medical facilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Care Delivery, Care Coordination, Business Intelligence, or Financial Performance for skilled nursing or senior living facilities
  • Certification in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software functionalities and systems
  • High level of customer focus and empathy
  • Experience using diagnostic tools for resolving customer issues
