• Manage zSeries products and handle LDAPX escalations from support, providing solutions to customers
• Create necessary fixes for problems according to established procedures, including assembler load fixes and NC panel fixes
• Analyze the cause of issues and develop solutions as needed
• Provide support for the HDISV environment, including re‑applying system customizations on new zOS images
• Offer support for the iSeries (AS400) environment, including creating test users and changing passwords as required

• In‑depth knowledge of IBM assembler programming with at least 5 years of experience; preferable 10+ years
• Experience with RACF installation, configuration, and programming
• Proficiency in zOS and zVM SYSPROG skills, including installation of zOS from scratch
• Familiarity with CLIST, REXX, JES, VSAM, VTAM, and 3270DS
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with Tivoli data server, SDBM, LDAP on zOS, and TCP/IP stack on zOS
• Knowledge of SYSPLEX, IBM C/C++, ACF2, and TOPS
• Understanding of iSeries configuration and TDS on iSeries
• Experience with session managers on zOS and SMP/E
• Familiarity with SMF exits and RACF exits programming experience
