• Design, develop, maintain, and execute ETL processes for data migration from legacy systems to target platforms
• Perform data profiling, structure analysis, and modeling for new migration solutions using data manipulation tools
• Maintain and optimize PLSQL and SQL solutions to support data migration and merging
  
  Collaborate with migration team consultants and engage with end users to ensure quality and efficiency of migration processes
• Provide clear documentation of migration processes, data mappings, and data quality checks

• Solid understanding of data transformations and ETL workflows
• Experience in data migration projects
• Strong SQL development skills, preferably within Oracle environments
• Ability to engage with customers/end users and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

• Experience in local government data migration projects
• Familiarity with other databases such as Ingres, Postgres, or MySQL
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, or data integration tools
