• Lead and manage complex compensation and benefits projects using established project management methodologies
• Oversee end-to-end project management for compensation and benefits initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Collaborate with various teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate technologies to ensure functionality and user experience
• Monitor project progress and deliver executive-level status reports while managing project-related budgets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong experience in project management with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as , Jira, or Smartsheet
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification
• Prior experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits
• Experience managing vendor relationships and external consultants
