• Serve as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration setups and business processes
• Lead detailed business discovery sessions to develop recommendations that drive outcomes and deliver value
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to manage implementation plans and troubleshoot configuration issues
• Lead customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans

• Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a software implementation role
• Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Previous experience configuring or implementing software solutions and providing end‑user support
• Consulting experience within a software organization, particularly in workflow analysis
• Healthcare market experience
