What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Analyze client workflows and design solutions that optimize the use of Odoo standard features
• Create detailed Functional and Technical Blueprints to translate business requirements into development tasks
• Develop Odoo modules and implement automated actions to streamline business processes
• Lead data migration strategies, including data cleansing and executing complex imports
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and developers to ensure project alignment and success

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Previous experience in a similar role with Odoo
• Strong client interaction skills to effectively communicate and understand business needs
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to analyze server logs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in creating and customizing Odoo modules and reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with Python to enhance Odoo customizations
• Familiarity with QWeb for customizing PDF reports and email templates
• Proven ability to provide advanced training to key users
