Paralegal

Employer Industry: Consumer Packaged Goods - Food & Beverage

• Salary up to $150,000

• Partner with the Chief Legal Officer to manage budgets and optimize outside counsel spending
• Implement and maintain legal technology solutions, including an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to track the performance of the legal department
• Coordinate vendor relationships and billing processes across multiple law firms
• Assist with preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience, particularly supporting public company boards
• Demonstrated contract management and legal operations experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
• Experience with board software and contract management systems

• Experience in the consumer-packaged goods, food & beverage, or broader consumer products industry
• Familiarity with fast-growth or mission-driven organizations
• Experience implementing legal technology tools or process improvements
