What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement lead generation programs aligned with marketing objectives to drive SQLs
  • Incorporate competitive intelligence into outreach to position the employer as a market leader
  • Build and optimize outbound campaign processes using available systems and AI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define value propositions and targeting strategies
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Lead Generation team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, sales, or medical affairs, with 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong copywriting skills for outreach and campaign messaging
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and lead generation best practices
  • Deep understanding of life sciences services and technology, including AI-driven solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in B2B marketing or agency environments
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot)
  • Knowledge of AI applications in life sciences and commercialization strategies
