Associate Project Manager, Client Services

• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to implement and manage litigation support tasks
• Write work orders that translate client requests into actionable instructions for operational teams
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in project management tasks and take ownership of workflows designated as Associate PM tasks
• Provide support on project start-ups and closure tasks, including documentation and billing

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or JD preferred)
• Prior experience in eDiscovery or legal settings is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a typical office environment and manage changing workloads

• Project management experience or PMP certification
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate client needs
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling a growing workload
• Understanding of project management principles
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships at all levels
