  AI product builds, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track
• Coordinate work across engineering, design, and business teams to maintain alignment and remove blockers
• Serve as a key communication channel across teams, ensuring updates, risks, and decisions are clearly conveyed
• Assist in translating user needs and feedback into actionable work items
• Promote agile ways of working and help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles supporting digital, software, or AI-related work streams
• Experience working within agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and product leaders
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts or AI-enabled product development
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise technology environments
• Project management or agile certification
