What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Director of Product Design & UX Architecture to define and scale the user experience for our AI‑powered cybersecurity platform that delivers autonomous prevention, detection, and response across endpoints, identities, cloud workloads, and data.

This role blends strategic design leadership, UX architecture, and hands‑on design excellence. You will operate as a senior player/coach, shaping long‑term UX vision while directly influencing high‑impact product initiatives.

As a design executive and systems thinker, you will ensure that complex, data‑rich security products feel coherent, intuitive, and trustworthy, supporting security teams operating in high‑stakes environments. You will be accountable for UX quality across multiple product surfaces and for building a design organization capable of operating at scale.

What will you do?

UX Vision & Architecture (Strategic Leadership)
  • Define and evolve the end‑to‑end UX architecture across Endpoint, SIEM, and XDR product surfaces.
  • Establish a cohesive interaction model and information architecture that unifies workflows across detection, investigation, response, and administration.
  • Own the long‑term UX vision and ensure alignment with product strategy and business goals.
  • Lead system‑level design thinking for complex, data‑dense, and highly technical workflows.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, accessibility, and usability across the product ecosystem.
Hands‑On Design Leadership (Player)
  • Personally lead or contribute to design for high‑impact, high‑complexity initiatives.
  • Drive design quality through direct involvement in key workflows, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Set the bar for design craft, rigor, and customer empathy.
  • Review and guide design work across teams through critique and architectural oversight.
Organization & People Leadership (Coach)
  • Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing product design organization.
  • Manage and mentor senior managers, lead designers, and principal‑level ICs.
  • Establish clear career paths, expectations, and performance standards.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top design talent.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross‑Functional & Executive Partnership
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Threat Research, and Executive Leadership.
  • Influence product strategy through user insights, design vision, and architectural thinking.
  • Advocate for design at the leadership level, balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.
  • Communicate design strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Design / UX, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading UX for complex B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong background in UX architecture, interaction models, and system‑level design.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale design organizations and mature design practices.
  • Hands‑on design expertise with the ability to contribute directly at a high level.
  • Experience partnering with senior product and engineering leaders.
