What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Own the full lifecycle of large‑scale technical programs for cloud gaming and graphics delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, product, and operations
• Define and maintain operational metrics, incident response plans, and service reliability frameworks
• Identify and mitigate technical and program‑level risks while driving decision‑making with stakeholders
• Communicate program health, risks, and decisions to senior leadership with clarity and data‑driven insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar technical leadership roles

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and real‑time streaming services

Proven experience delivering complex programs with cross‑functional stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in cloud gaming, real‑time media streaming, or consumer‑scale cloud services
• Familiarity with AI/ML deployment pipelines and GPU‑based compute stacks
• Background in data center operations, edge compute, or multi‑region service scaling
• Security and compliance program experience (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Experience managing global partner integrations with ISVs or game publishers
