• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations, ensuring project success
• Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive program plans, including budgets and resource allocation
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating major project ceremonies and communications
• Manage project budgets, tracking burn rates and forecasting resource needs for multiple concurrent projects
• Analyze implementation performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations, with at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics
• Proven track record managing project budgets of $100K+, including forecasting and financial reporting
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementations (3‑5+ projects) with competing priorities
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and deliverable tracking

• Deep understanding of ERP systems and supply chain software, including integration patterns and data flows
• Familiarity with transportation modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, air) and logistics documentation
• Experience with SaaS implementation models, including discovery, configuration, integration, and UAT
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences
• Collaborative work style with success in partnering across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams
