- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for applications within the Indy Soft platform
- Create detailed process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field with 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, or a High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Azure Dev Ops, process workflows, and asset management systems
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Appian or other low‑code development platforms
- Familiarity with applications related to government and commercial services
- Experience working with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Knowledge of physical asset management and API integrations
- Experience with calibration processes and management of calibration assets
