- Perform data analysis and exploration, creating data visualizations while ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Partner with data consumers and producers to drive better business outcomes through data-driven recommendations
- Translate business data requirements into metrics and dashboards for insights
- Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights to decision-makers
- Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for data solutions
- 4+ years of experience working in an analytics function and collaborating with business stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience building data visualizations with modern reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more databases
- Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and communicate insights effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the payments and technology industry
- Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques or machine learning concepts
- Previous experience in a corporate payments or financial services environment
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
