• Review and process legal requests for account information from U.S. and global law enforcement and government agencies
• Participate in the Trust & Safety Policy emergency on‑call rotation for urgent requests
• Develop and update internal processes and workflows to mitigate legal risk
• Manage internal escalations and educate partner teams on policies and procedures
• Work cross‑functionally with various teams to efficiently carry out job responsibilities

• 3+ years of relevant work experience handling legal requests for account information from U.S. law enforcement and/or government agencies
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to create tailored solutions
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Experience in legal content removal requests
• Proficiency in additional non‑English languages, particularly Spanish and Portuguese
