What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for applications within the Indy Soft platform
  • Create detailed process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field with 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, or a High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Azure Dev Ops, process workflows, and asset management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Appian or other low‑code development platforms
  • Familiarity with applications related to government and commercial services
  • Experience working with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Knowledge of physical asset management and API integrations
  • Experience with calibration processes and management of calibration assets
