• Resolve complex technical issues related to medical imaging applications in healthcare environments
• Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, exceeding service expectations
• Manage customer relationships by documenting interactions and proactively updating on case resolutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify product defects and design effective solutions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge resources

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience with increasing responsibility
• At least 3 years of experience in a Tier 2 support environment with advanced troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in relational database management systems (MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) and complex SQL query development
• Strong understanding of network and web protocols, firewalls, proxies, and application servers

• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS), or similar solutions
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems in both desktop and server environments
• Background in healthcare software, particularly in medical imaging
• Strong technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new technologies
