What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and scale the global team of Onboarding Consultants to achieve exceptional client implementation outcomes
  • Provide strategic direction and career development for team members
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics for onboarding experiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions through the customer journey
  • Champion process optimization and advocate for enhancements to products and services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Extensive experience in hiring and leading teams in customer onboarding or professional services within SaaS, HCM, or payroll environments
  • Proven track record of managing global implementation teams for enterprise clients
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of improving key metrics like CSAT and time-to-live
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a remote environment is considered a plus
  • Background in driving change management and adopting new tools in onboarding processes
