Our Client, a Leading Provider of Healthcare Delivery Systems and Solutions company, is looking for a Manager of Travel for their Remote location.

• Ensure cost-effective accommodation procurement aligned with the organization's travel needs.
• Provide guidance on travel requirements, including visas, medical considerations, and foreign travel regulations.
• Engage with employees to determine destinations, preferred transportation modes, travel dates, and required accommodations.
• Regularly review employee ticketing and sales activities for accuracy in cost calculations, booking procedures, and transportation scheduling.
• Stay informed about current transportation carrier schedules, tariff rates, and regulations, adjusting as necessary.
• Efficiently book transportation and hotel reservations and provide employees with transportation carrier tickets.
• Plan detailed itineraries and arrange accommodation, along with other essential travel services.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding routes, fares, and accommodations.
• Handle the printing or request of transportation tickets.
• Perform any other duties assigned to ensure the smooth operation of travel-related responsibilities within the organization.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

• High School Diploma.
• College degree or relevant certification.
• 3 to 4 years of professional work experience in the field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Efficiently handles and prioritizes multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Internet usage.
