Senior Consultant; Maximo

• Act as Solution Team Leader on large projects, guiding technical solutions for clients
• Configure and customize client solutions based on in-depth knowledge of workflows and system configurations
• Lead workshops for system design and process reengineering, creating necessary documentation
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to execute project delivery plans and assess progress
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from development to deployment

• Graduate education in a relevant degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 4 years in asset‑intensive industries or facility management
• Proficient in databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) and programming languages (Linux, Solaris, Java, Python, SQL)
• Excellent understanding of data replication technologies and software delivery techniques
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

• Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification
• Experience with asset management systems such as IBM Maximo, SAP, or Oracle
• Familiarity with version control software like SVN
• Knowledge of Project Methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience in delivering complex project requirement gathering workshops
